행파한의원 치료특징
치료원칙
1. 개인별 맞춤처방으로 치료한다.
- 습진의 원인, 체질 등에 따라 환자마다 증상이나 효과가 차이가 있게 되는데 환자의 상태를 구분(구별)하여 치료법과 처방을 다르게 한다.
2. 습진 및 피부염에 따라 치료를 다르게 한다.
- 습진과 피부염은 매우 다양하고 많다. 이들 질병들의 각 발생원인, 기전이 서로 상당히 다르다.
질병을 치료할 때 몇 개의 처방(통치방)으로 치료하지 않고 다르게 치료한다.
3. 근거기반치료(Evidence Based Medicine)를 한다.
- 충분한 효과와 안전성이 인정된 처방을 사용한다.
4. 최근의 새로운 (한)의학 이론을 적용한다.
- 최근에 발표된 임상논문을 활용하여 여러 가지 치료법을 적용한다. 기존의 淸熱解毒法, 淸熱利濕法, 淸泄濕熱法 뿐 아니라
최근 치료법인 表裏雙解法, 溫陽法, 發汗法 을 사용하여 없었던 좋은 효과를 얻고 있다.
5. 한의학으로 치료할 수 있는 습진ㆍ피부염만을 치료한다.
6. 습진치료 이외에도 건강증진효과 등을 고려한 종합적인 치료를 한다.
- 습진 뿐 아니라 사람전체를 치료하고 행복하게 하여 의학의 근본인 ‘以人爲本’을 이룬다.
7. 한의학 치료법을 중심으로 하되 일부환자는 서양의학치료를 같이 할 수 있다.
치료기전
1. 한의학에서는 습진류 질병을 단순한 피부병으로 보지 않고 피부를 포함한 인체내부
각 장기와 관련있는 전체적 질병으로 본다.
- 따라서 치료시 피부뿐 아니라 몸내부 장기기능의 전체적인 접근을 한다.
2. 치료시 같은 질병이라도 피부증상 차이와 몸의 질병, 나이, 체질을 고려하여 개별적 맞춤치료를 한다.
- 환자별, 습진류 진단에 따라 다르게 치료한다.
3. 습진류의 진단과 환자의 평소 건강상태, 항생제 및 스테로이드 장기복용여부 등 환자에 따라 치료법을 다르게 한다.
4. 특히 치료에서 땀배출여부를 중요시한다. 평소 땀배출이 없거나, 적으며,
습진발생부위에 땀이 없는 경우는 땀배출을 촉진시켜 치료한다.
5. 행파한의원에서 도입한 새로운 치료법으로 환자별, 습진류의 질병에 따라 적용했을 때 효과가 매우 좋다.
- 땀은 단순한 물의 배출을 의미하는게 아니라 몸전체의 대사기능을 나타내는 중요한 의학지표이다.
6. 습진자체의 치료, 피부건강과 관리 이외에도 점신심리, 정서관리, 음식조절, 운동 등
올바른 생활습관의 종합적 관리를 중시한다.
7. 습진은 몸내외부의 다양한 원인과 악화요인에 의해 발생하는 특징이 있어 의학적 치료 이외에도 주의해야 할 요인들이 있다.
습진병이나 환자별로 차이가 있으며 평소 이에 대한 관심과 실질적 노력이 필요하다.
치료방법
- 습진은 대부분 몸내부의 문제인 내과적 문제로 발생하기 때문에 중요치료법은 복용한약, 외용한약(바르고, 씻고, 담구고 등),
침 등을 사용한다. - 환자에 따라 보조적으로 습진에 맞는 음식조절, 생활습관변화가 필요하다.

- 음식조절, 수면, 운동, 약물사용 등의 관리 및 조절이 필요하다.
- 특히 평소 손발이 차고 추위를 타는 환자, 땀이 적거나 습진 부위에 땀이 없는 환자는 꾸준한 운동이 매우 중요하다.
- 생활습관개선은 습진과 피부염에 따라 차이가 있다.
- 습진부위의 감염방지를 위한 위생과 보호는 매우 중요하다.
- 생활습관관리는 객관적 근거에 기반하여 최소한으로 한다
치료과정
1) 치료 전단계
① 습진병의 진단을 이미 피부과에서 받거나 이전으로 행파한의원에서 치료를 받고자 하는 단계이다.② 상당수 환자는 이미 피부과 또는 인터넷에서 자신의 병을 알고 있으나 일부 환자는 병의원, 한의원을 방문하여 진단하기도 한다.
③ 전화, 또는 습진 홈페이지(인터넷)에서 미리 예약한다.
2) 치료단계
① 예약된 시간에 방문하여 진료부를 정확하고 자세하게 작성한다.② 평소 육체, 정신상태 뿐 아니라 피부 및 습진관련 상태를 정확하게 기록해야 한다. *필요시 간호사에 도움을 청할 수 있다.
③ 한의사의 진단진행과 상담을 한다.
④ 습진류 진단결과에 따라 치료방법을 정한다.
3) 치료 후 단계(재발방지)
① 일정기간 치료로 완치된 단계로 이후 재발방지를 목적으로 한다.② 습진은 재발할 수 있기 때문에 완치 후에도 재발방지를 위해서 일정기간동안 확실히 치료하는 게 좋다.
③ 이러한 과정은 치료한의사와 상담을 통해서 진행한다.
치료기관 선택 시 주의사항
- 습진은 비교적 난치성 질환이며 치료 후 재발가능성이 있는 질환이다.
- 현재 한방, 양방, 기타 등 상당한 종류의 치료법이 있다. 이는 여러 방법을 선택할 수 있는 장점도 있지만 환자나 가족을 혼란하게 한다.
- 나에게 맞는 치료방법을 선택해야 한다.
- 어떤 치료기관, 방법을 선택하느냐에 따라 치료율, 치료기간, 재발율, 부작용 등이 결정된다.
- 올바르지 않은 치료는 효과를 얻을 수 없을 뿐만 아니라 오히려 신체적, 정신적, 미용적, 경제적 피해를 입게 된다.
- 치료기관 선택시 주요 고려사항은 다음과 같다.
- 치료전문성(치료경력, 치료환자 수 등)
- 치료방법의 합리성, 치료비용, 안전성(부작용), 치료 후 피부색회복력 등도 체크
- 치료성적(치료율, 치료기간, 부작용, 기타), 치료만족도의 확인
- 치료한 환자나 치료중인 환자를 통해서 병원, 의료인의 평판 등을 확인 한다
- 평소에 습진에 대한 공부를 통해 여러 치료법의 장단점 등을 알아 본다.
